Resort Heritage MNR

Outstanding ambience. Real heritage look. Cottage like rooms are very comfortable and big. Giving real heritage look. All the staff is very courteous and polite. Mr Deva (GM) And Mr Tapas (restaurant manager) are very friendly and gave us very special treatment. Food was very nice. Specially local fish and crab chilly were mouth watering.

Very good experience in Resort Heritage Mnr in Port Blair Andman Nicobar. All service great and fast. Food is very good. Very clean and very good management. Swimming pool is very good. Snooker is also there to play. Very too good huge beautiful lamps. Very good room with wood crafting .Awesome experience Hotel staff very helping. Like to visit again 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😊

Good reviews are only managed for stars . Actually this hotel has good aesthetic look ,no doubt . But staff is eating the property like termite as staff don't understand what hospitality is and what is it's important. Slowly this hotel is loosing it's reputation , it has no travel desk , reception staff is careless, restaurant staff is ok . Actually hotel staff don't care for guests problems not they solve it . The room rent is more than the service and hospitality it offer. As it is old property also it's made from wood it's maintenance is difficult hence wood worms are seen to guests creating unpleasant.

We stayed in this So called Resort for 2 days (we were total of 6 people). This place should not be considered as resort, it should be considered as a basic hotel. Looks wise this property is good and rooms were also quite big in size and felt good. But nothing apart from this was good in this property. be it the buffet of the breakfast or dinner. We had to cancel one day dinner buffet as this place buffet is so bad and does not provide a value for the price which we are paying. There is no hygiene in this property, insects were running near the buffet spread. staffs in the restaurant are very undertrained and dont know how to deal with the guests, they get us the feeling that we are staying in road side place. While few of us were near the swimming pool, a snake fell from the tree inside the pool, which shows the maintenance of the place. there is too many mosquito in the whole property. if you sit in the reception area for 10 mins, mosquito will almost kill you. At time of checkout, their check out time is odd 8am & we had our flight at 3pm so we checked out 2 rooms around 9.30am & we informed that we will keep 1 room till 12.30pm, but hotel people says that they will charge 3000rs for few hours, but when we said that we will not pay the same, their one of the staff came to room and took out the keys which turned off the electricity. We shouted at him & then he put the key back. basic things like locker, mini towels, fridge lacks inside the rooms which charge customer 7.5k So, this is the way guests are treated in the property. This is not worth the hefty prices which we are paying from our hard earned money. this property should be a budget property rather than faking it as a luxury one.
